Description
The arrest of Julian Kintobor in 3238 was the end of the scientist's movement of terror. After escaping the universe of Mobius and threatening the UEG, the only solution was to send him to a place so remote that escape would be impossible. 3,000 lightyears above the galactic plane, and close to ten thousand lightyears from Earth, on a barren world called High Moon, Kintobor was meant to rot. However, Kintobor did not escape. Within one year of arrival, he had taken control of the prison, and became the undisputed king of High Moon through using every tool at his disposal - Human proxies, infiltrating prison culture and manipulating it, outright ordering murder of rival gang leaders and even guards. In 3240, even the guards kissed up to him, showing that the coup of 3225 in his home universe could be replicated, and improved upon. He did not need to escape when Finitevus came to High Moon to enlist his help with the Dark Legion. He simply walked right out the front door and took half a million prisoners with him.
