This piece very much is related to my own work in an extensive crossover series featuring both the Halo and a heavily modified Sonic universe, and is to my knowledge, one of, if not the longest running crossover fanfiction series there is.

I've just recently gotten into the HALO WARS Megablocks sets and have built some pretty wicked s*** improveing on the original production desighns to increase in scale to 1/24 and make them more authentic to the original desighns in one case at least.

So is this like a request he drew for you, or what? I couldn't find a copy of it in his gallery, so I guess I'll comment here. Anyway I just want to say it shows a good attention to detail and knowledge of anatomy, and that I like the colouring style, particularly her hair.

I have question about Sally's weapon. What type of Assault Rifle is it? It looks like a cross between Halo 3's MA5C AR and Halo Reach's MA37 AR.

Well, since it is in the future, it is a different weapon than the MA5C. To avoid confusion and to keep a tie to the Halo universe, I simply just called it the MA5 rifle. No model designation, just a solid number, mainly to avoid confusion.
My main tick was, I didn't want to change the universe so much that the people would no longer recognize the Halo universe in it.

How does MA5G sound? You know it could be a mobian version of the MA5-series Assault Rifle.

Well, the MA5 rifles in my series were made by Humans. Mobians generally have companies based on older companies such as Styr, Colt and HK, for reasons that are central to the story.

True however if that was a "true" MA5 Assault Rifle it would be more like a heavy Machine Gun to Mobians seeing how they are gernerally shorter the humans.
So a speacial MA5 Assault Rifle would have to be made if they were allowed to use it...hince the MA5G.
Although you may have a point there. I was just trying to think of an interesting designation for the weapon Sally has with her.

Well, the MA5G could be useful because it shows that the same weapons weren't recycled over seven hundred years. That's why I made multiple more weapons to use.
OK. I was just a little flustered. The guy who made this for me simply gave her an MA5C because that was the main weapon in Halo 3.

There is nothing wrong with having an MA5C as a primary weapon. If it could kick ass against the Covenant then it can kick ass against the SWATbots!
Besides it is a war winning weapon that fires a hardcore round!
Also to tell you the truth I can picture her using that weapon to open up a CAN OF WHOOPASS on Robotnik's lackies!

remember, with slayer, anything is possible, even blitzkrieging your way through a whole sleepless night of halo big-team slayer matches in halo and a illion games of rush in bad company 2.
