Very much a what-if scenario I came up with, after going back and doing the Extra Story Mode with Raven when I changed her mentor to Bardock.Since she's a lot like Goku and all, I figured it'd be interesting to have Elery be sent in by Elder Kai instead. So in this rare case, the friendly rivals we all know have a bit of a tense showdown for a change...
And this also ties in to the interaction done with , which had Elery go in as her student Nino's partner and loyally following when she took the changing history path of the Extra Story Mode. So it'd sorta be like a alternate version of the ending parts of that interactions. AS SUCH, I'll welcome a VERY SHORT but fairly prolonged interaction here based ENTIRELY off the ending for Extra Story Mode. And yes, Elery will of course end up going Ultra Instinct as well during the fight, so both Raven and Nino will have to dig deep here at that...

Elery: *Smiles a little at this, already starting to feel a little better* T-Then... I promise as well, not to disappoint any of you ever again.
Rose (Kid): Good, Mama. Now please, no more crying OK?
Elery: *Chuckles now seeing her youngest daughter's adorable puppy-dog eyed expression and hugs her* Of course, sweetie. Mama's better now, I think.
Raven: *Smiles at this herself* And hey... personally, I feel the same way as Trunks and Nino here. If I was truly mad at you myself, I wouldn't even be standing here with everyone.
Elery: I figured as much, given how you are Raven. So... no hard feelings?
Raven smirks a little as she hugs it out with Elery, the two friends/friendly rivals also making amends as well, finally.
Raven: So go on then. Enjoy a bit of a break for awhile. Spend some time with your family and #1 student. Enjoy a vacation that's sure to ease up all the pain that's come these last few days. I'll be happy to keep up the Time Patrolling while you all are gone. *Nods giving a thumbs up*
Elery: Thanks, Raven. *Nods as she waves to Raven and the Kais, before moving on ahead with Xeno Trunks and Nino* This may actually be a good time to go on a vacation anyway. I've heard that some of Conton City's resorts and vacation spots are quite nice... *Smiles at this*
(I was sorta thinking maybe having a real life vacation destination, or at least a Conton City version of it, serve as a fitting vacation spot for them. And that's how we'll close this one off at that for the finish, cool?)

Eleryβs vacation begins...and with that vacation, so, too, begins her road to redemption.

After a few days, the date was set, everything was packed, the destination set...
and Elery heads off with her husband, daughters and Nino, arriving at-!

Elery: Wow... look at this place!
Rose (Kid): EEEEH, dolphins! *Giggles as she points to an area where people were in fact interacting with the playful creatures! (Taking a nod to me and Whitney's own vacation just a month ago, where we ended up having quite a Dolphin Encounter at Sea World! ^^) Can we pet em, Mama? PLEEEEASE?!
Elery: Well, Hercule did agree to pay for everything here, got to give him credit for that... all else in favor? *Nods to Nino, Trunks and Teen Daisy*

Elery: Then let's do it!
Elery giggles as everyone moves to wait in line, and when it was their turn they were given important instructions on how to pet the dolphins as they were still somewhat wild creatures. But they were free to pet the dolphins over their shiny backs and the top of their head just behind the blowhole.
Rose (Kid): Aww! *Giggles as she even sees one carrying a ball of some kind in its mouth as it swam by*
Elery: I believe I remember you telling me about them when you taught me about the animals of Earth, Trunks. These dolphins are often considered to be nature's most playful ambassadors, and I can see why! *Smiles and then eeps a little when one decides to playfully splash her with water!* H-Hey! *Giggles*

Trunks: Theyβre playful for a reason, dear.
Daisy (Teen): Hey, Hey! I think this one likes me!

Elery: Heh, that's for sure. *Manages to dry herself off enough before she turns and giggles smiling from seeing what the dolphin Teen Daisy was interacting with was doing*

Elery: Aww. Seems to really take a liking to ya, Daisy. *Giggles*
Rose (Kid): Papa, Papa! That one's waving at us! *Giggles as she waves back to the playful dolphin!*
Elery: *Then notices another one looking towards her backside, meaning at her tail that she was letting freely move around* And they're quite curious too. This one must be wondering if my tail is real or not. *Chuckles to this as she decides to show the playful critter her tail was indeed real, by moving it around a little* See? It's real alright.

The Dolphin playfully grabs her tail-gently, Of course.

Elery: *Gasps at this a bit, but smiles and giggles as she looks behind her* Heh, guess ya had to see for yourself for certain huh? Fair enough. *Nods as she gently pets the dolphin behind its blowhole and waits patiently for it to release to her tail and move away for now* Heh, definitely playful critters.
Meanwhile. young Rose was with Nino now, playing with the dolphin that had the ball in its mouth. Rose giggles as she passes the ball to Nino, so as to send it back to the playful creature.

To which Rose then cheers happily when the dolphin catches the ball in its mouth!
Elery: Hehe. *Then hears the instructor saying time was up now* Aww, shucks... well, guess we'd better let other people have a turn now.
Rose (Kid): Awww.... *But smiling she waves to the dolphin she and Nino played ball with, to which she giggles when the playful creature even swims over to her to let her hug it*
Elery smiles at this herself, having a wonderful time as is. With still plenty of hours of enjoying the beach's attractions, she moves on to the next place with her family and top student to see what was next. (Leaving the next attraction up to you then. Like we'll take turns having a certain attraction available for them. Just to once again prolong this a bit longer, ehh?

They enter a wave pool, one said to be famed for having the biggest waves in the world.

Elery: Wave pool, huh? *Blinks as she hadn't even heard of such a thing before, and for once appeared a bit hesitant to step forward*
Rose (Kid): What's wrong, Mama? It's OK, it's safe.
Elery: I-I don't know...

Nino: Iβve heard that the wave pool invites those who welcome a challenge. The challenge is to see who can jump over the big wave.

Elery: ... *Intrigued now, she slowly steps into the pool herself now* Alright, well... Daisy, you and your father make sure Rose is OK when the bigger waves come along. I'm sure we'll all be fine in the end, but just gotta be a bit careful is all, right? *Nods as she moves in with the others, just in time to see a few waves come in* Whew... OK, here we go. *Nods to Nino with a competitive smirk* Ether you or me then, kiddo. Ready?

Daisy (Teen): You heard Mama, Rose.
Trunks: Stay close to us.

Rose nods and so much as clings tightly to her big sister's tail for good measure, just in time to see the much bigger waves start to come in now.
Elery musters plenty of strength in her legs to where she leaps perfectly over the upcoming ones, and finally, after managing a jump over all the other waves-!
Elery: Here it comes... *Braces herself to jump!*

This wave is huge!
Nino: On three! One...two...THREE!

And Elery instantly leaps as high as she can go on 'Three!', but alas she must have been tired out from the other leaps, her age catching up to her, for she barely makes it to the top of the wave before it catches her and she tumbles in the wave itself. Though she's fine when Rose moves in with her big sister and father, the wind was still knocked out of her.
Elery: Heh, what a rush... *Turns as sure enough, as she couldn't get over the wave, Nino on the other hand-*

Nino: Phew...just made it!
Daisy (Teen): You Okay, Mom?

Elery: Think so. Just got the wind knocked out of me there for a second. *Smiles as she nods to Nino* I certainly tired there myself, but my legs aren't what they used to be strength-wise. You win, kiddo. *Nods smirking extending her fist up to Nino proper. Happy at least to see things between them slowly but surely mending back together at that...*

Nino smiles warmly, happy their bond is healing too.
Nino: Thanks. You definitely came close on that one, though!

Elery: True. Which is fair for me on that end too.
With this, Elery moves to sit on the beach area of the wave pool for a bit with Trunks, watching as Rose played with Nino and Teen Daisy a bit longer, before everyone agreed to move on to the next attraction. And it wasn't long before they saw-!
Rose (Kid): Ooh, OOH!! An aquarium!
Elery: And a fairly smaller one then most, but still big enough to have quite a variety of aquatic creatures, including sharks and rays. *Smiles nodding* Shall we, everyone?
Rose (Kid): Yeah, yeah!! *Giggles as she bounces up and down excitedly, already eager to head in and see everything!*

Trunks: I always wanted to see one myself.
Nino: Letβs Go!

With that, the group was off! Arriving in the first sections of the aquarium, they saw the first sets of aquatic animals on display-
Rose (Kid): Sea horses!!
Elery: Wow, look at them. And... what are these again? Dang, I forget... *Points as she looks at some very shiny aquatic creatures indeed!* (With tentacles as well, and rounded shapes. So ought to be obvious clues there. ;3)

Nino: Ooooh, Jellyfish!

Elery: Ahh, that's right. *Nods chuckling as she points a finger to her mind* Slipped my mind there for a bit. *Watches them move and smiles at how graceful they move* Wow... they're really neat to watch.
Rose (Kid): ...O-Of course, they're a bit dangerous to touch, right?

Daisy (Teen): Yeah. Theyβve got stinging cells thatβll mess your insides up good if you get too close. But, as long as you just watch them, you should be fine.

Elery: Yeah. It's not like they can get us from behind this glass or nothing. Hopefully...
Rose smiles sweetly and nods as she moves away from the sea horses and jellyfish and on to the next area. There they find-

Nino: Check it out! Clownfish!

Elery: Ooh, now those are quite colorful. *Gets a closer look and sees the small fish move around their coral homes* Wait, Trunks... what was it exactly clownfish do together with... what was this stuff called again?Β
Rose (Kid): *Tries to say 'anemone' a few times, but ends up slurring her words in a cutely manner each time, reminding the others of a certain young clownfish from a movie* (Disney/Pixar movie at that, LOL. xD)

Daisy smiles. Daisy (Teen): I see someoneβs watched Finding Nemo.

Rose (Kid): *Giggles to this* Mama and Papa let me watch it. Just as you did before, Big Sis.
Elery: Oh yes, Daisy... remember all those times we watched it when you were her age? Ahh, good times. *Smiles chuckling herself as she remembered such found memories herself and smiling at Trunks as well too* Gosh though hun... remember when Daisy would always cling to me or you at the beginning with Marlin and Coral, and that nasty... barracuda I believe it was?

Trunks: Yeah. That scene always made her cry when she was little.
Daisy (Teen): Geez, Dad...But Yeah, That Scene really upset me back then.

Elery: And I do remember it was the same with you too, Rose. You remember?
Rose (Kid): Y-Yeah... I had to cling to you or Papa when that scene took place, and later in the movie when Nemo said to his papa he hates him...
Elery: Yeah... Marlin was being a bit overprotective I think, but given that Nemo had a smaller injured fin he was just trying to make sure Nemo didn't get hurt...
Rose (Kid): Papa... you'd be that way too a bit with me or Big Sis, if we had some kind of injury like Nemo, right? But only to ensure we didn't get hurt ether, right? *Looks up to her father with sweet, innocent eyes*
Elery: And not just your father, for ether one of you. I'd still be there too, so I'd only want the same thing too. *Nods to this smiling as she ruffles Rose's hair a bit gently*

Trunks: Yeah. If I seem overprotective, itβs only because I want to keep you two safe.
(Keep this line in mind. Itβll come into play later. Nothing major, of course, just telling you.)

Elery: Same for me as well. *Nods* (Gotcha)
Rose (Kid): *Smiles at this happily, glad to know at least that she and Daisy had such protective parents like Elery and Trunks, and she hugs them happily at that*
Elery smiles as she hugs her youngest daughter back as well, before doing the same with Daisy.
Elery: We just love you both so much, and only want the best for both of you. It'd devastate us if anything happened to ether of you, so we'll try not to get too overprotective very often... *Chuckles as she knew deep down she had been overprotective before a few times, but did try to keep it to a minimum at best...*
At this, the family moves with Nino to the next area, which finally a long tunnel awaited the group with a full dome view up top of a area that held all sorts of aquatic sensations, including a few small species of shark and even a few eels on the sides of the tunnel's view as well!

Rose then hears a wolf-whistle nearby. (Here we go...)

Rose (Kid): Huh? *Turns her head in the direction of the wolf-whistle. As she had been holding Elery's hand, only to pause as her mother checks out one of the eels, it was quite sudden to suddenly hear a whistle like that. But the curious young girl regardless looks to where it originated* H-Hello?

An older-looking boy-only by about a year or two-approaches Rose.
???: Hey there. Youβre really cute~ (That May be an immediate red flag for Elery and Trunks.)

(Oh boy...
Rose (Kid): *Very quickly hides behind Elery's leg, catching her attention* T-Thanks...?
Elery: Huh? *Turns and sees the older-looking boy and sensing something off* ...Hey, what do you think you're doing? *Furrows her brow a little at this...*

???: What? Not my fault your daughterβs adorable. In fact, if she wasnβt already in your care, Iβd like to take her for myself.
Trunks: Okay, I appreciate that youβre complimenting our daughter, but youβre being very creepy about it. Iβm going to have to ask you to back off.

Elery: Yea, pal. We don't want any trouble at all, but if you keep this up-
Rose (Kid): *Whimpers a little, right as her tail suddenly jolted a bit when she inched a little further behind her mother's leg, exposing it!* (Figured maybe perhaps this could come into play, as Rose has yet to train her tail like her big sister has. Course, Teen Daisy wouldn't just sit idly by ether and let her little sister be, and I'm PRETTY sure Nino wouldn't ether, ehh?

???: Oho, and a tail too! Even cuter! (Not knowing about the Saiyan tail thing, he grabs it!)
Nino: No, donβt! (While it will ultimately be a misunderstanding, I think we can have the mama bear come out for a moment.)

Rose (Kid): O-Ow! S-Stop, that hurts... *Falls to the floor weakened by this!*
Elery finally had enough, and suddenly bursts into Super Saiyan Blue! (That mama bear enough for ya? xD) The shockwave doesn't shatter the glass around the tunnel since she made sure not to cause that, but even the sharks and eels in the tank had bolted away quickly or hid away from sight when she transformed, indicating that even they had been started by this.
Elery: I'll only say this once, pal; LET. MY DAUGHTER. GO. *She slowly raises a hand up as a ki ball formed in her palm-!*
