As the manga is happy top remind you haha. Though I would think it would be a harder fight, even knowing combat forms, Bulma was not exactly strong and even as a Bandit Yamncha was probably tough enough to take it. Maybe. even if it is him haha

The gap in strenght at this moment of the story is not wide and Jin is a better martial artist than Yamcha. Knowing the vital points to knock him down would not be that hard for him
