i think its an ancient alien super power cable, its supposed to "plug into" something maybe like a giant re-chargeable battery?

I love the sense of... emenseness. The feeling that what we are seeing is so much bigger than anything you should have ever seen. Also the machine making that icy beam or whatever you intended it to be reminds me of a story i read once where a giant generator was used to encapsulate a demon prince in ice for thousands of years only to be discovered by the hero of the story who ends up having to free the demon. But I digress. Wonderful work man. Wish i could come even close to this artwork.

It looks to me like it's absorbing something. perhaps light energy itself from the crystals, or something the crystals are protecting.
Regardless, well done.

Wow. I love how you can imply that something really epic is going on with just some basic shapes and light. Love the high contrast, and the colors are really brilliant! I wonder if the guy would stand out more if he was more silhouetted against a brighter area of the image, but either way looks great.

Very awesome! Its like a giant freeze ray... or something!
The blue light distribution is excellent, it really give you a sense of where it originates and the size of the area... A finer background I think would have added some to the picture, but otherwise I loved it!

Quick piece but it's interesting.
You can imagine a whole story behind this image.
Well done.

This reminds me of Alien VS Predator, like, when they made the hole in the ice at the start of the movie and uncovered that underground city, except this time, they aren't a couple thousand kilometres away from the Earth's surface :I

Really, this is awesome, love the lighting and angle you did this at to give perception and proportion a bigger role in making look awesome! Great job!

Love the lighting, as usual. It actually looks like the... thing? is pulling matter or energy into itself. Hmmm...

Yeah well the basic drunk idea was that it freezes stuff and then the stuff breaks to tiny pieces and it vacuums all of it.... yes, i know
