The title is simple......It has to do with naivety and innocence.... someone who is completely new to the world, happy exploring it, eager to learn new things, to experience different emotions, someone who enjoys life and sees all the colors and not only gray...

How do you paint in this style? do you just use one brush or a multitude of brushes?

Well, i use different brushes and have a couple of custom ones but mostly for adding texture to clouds or rocks, etc. Didn't actually use any for this picture.
A lot of pro artists usually upload their brush packs, you'll just have to look and you'll find something that suits you.
I personally can recommend leventep's set [link] i found many good brushes in there that i was able to use
