Well now that I have waves of water in my head it kinda ruined it for me. At first I saw a dank, snowy, middle of nowhere atmosphere. I imagined the towers being occupied by horrifying beings doing studies that the rest of mankind should not be aware of.

I thought they were snowy mounds of dirt not waves but that's art for you. If you read the Β‘nfo he says it's a failed study.
