Okay, no offense meant: that's not a dragon, its a Hypnotic Specter, my friend.

Look him up on magicthegathering.com; open the gatherer card search link and type in the keywords "hypnotic specter" - there you'll find that he isn't a dragon, but some ghost-demon atop a hell beast mount that also seems akin to a wyvern (which, in this case, is a 55-ish foot, instinct-driven, two-legged, stinger-tailed sub-dragon in comparison to the four-legged, 100-plus foot, intellectual, invincible true dragon. thank you Dracopedia, for making dragons a science topic...)

I've never finished him. He's really big which makes it a pain in the a$$ to work on. If you stretched him out from the tip of tail to his nose he is over 4ft long.
