An old model of mine that i've been looking to play with. Very heavily inspired by a certain shot in Blade Runner.

Made this after watching this Blender Guru tutorial on paid vs free resources. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPwdia… figured i'd fork out and buy some stock material to merge into the background. Here is the result, it's a quick test and certainly not perfect but hopefully people enjoy!

Like most people I wish Space Precinct looked like this!

Edit: removed some foreground gunk, this image is pretty inconsistent from screen to screen.
