actually the way the gems are facing under the eye actually looks way better! XD and the texture is really cool too, and the bluish purple tent was masterd on this too!

I use Paint Tool Sai, a Wacon intuos pen and touch medium tablet, and a texture on an overlay layer for the texture.

What program do you use for digital art? If it has layers, then you can apply textures to your artwork. There are many tutorial s on how to do that on DeviantART.

I was only allowed to get ms paint. But I want to earn money so I can get a better program, I just don't know what to get.Β

Paint Tool SAI is probably the best for non-professional people. If you search well, you can also find free drawing programs that are really good.Β
Also if you intend on drawing lots of digital art, you might want to consider getting a drawing tablet. It makes life a lot easier

Drawing tablets? You can get them online or at Best buy, or other electronics stores. The most used tablets are from Wacom. Their prices range form $99-$1000+, depending on the model, size, and advanced-ness. (i recommend not getting one over $1000 just yetΒ ) When they're on sale, I've seen the small tablets sell for $49. I have a Wacom Intuos Pen and Touch Medium, which I got at a discounted price of $149. It works really well and I love it. You can google Wacom tablets for more info, if you are thinking about getting one.
