This is a powerful and impressive piece of artwork, not only in the visual aspects but the way your imagery and concept speak to the imagination.
It reminds me of wilderness and years, and I can almost see the sunlight and birdsong... untamed beauty and staggering vulnerability.
The longer I stare, the more my thoughts unfold.
It's absolutely breathtaking and undoubtedly thought-provoking. One of my favorites for sure!

I kinda have to laugh.. My dad used to get on my sisters all the time, for not combing their hair to suit him; always accusing them of having a 'rats nest' on their head. Obviously, totally different deal, but seeing this really kicked that memory to life.
