Planet of the Apes vs Detroit: Become Human- Non human beings with human attributes (Apes with human lvl’s of intelligence and sentient androids) “created” in some from humans through science (genetic enhancement and just being built by humans).
- Spread the “X factor” that makes the others of their kind just like them (ALZ-113 and making other sentient androids).
- Both rebelled against their previous sub-human role (Caesar rebelled against being a pet and Marcus rebelled against being a slave).
- Both are actually named after historical leaders (various emperors for Caesar and Marcus Garvey, or MARtin Luthor King + SpartaCUS according to the devs for Marcus).
- Both have idealistic worldview on humans based on their kind father figure they grew up with (Will and Carl).
- Both enter in conflict with members of their team with more violent and cynical views on humans (Koba and North) and humans themselves.
- Both lead some form of revolution/uprising that shows mankind their kind is more then meets the eye (Rise/Dawn and the Events of D
H).
