why do I get the feeling these guys were inspired by the the Houses of the Fallen from Demon the Fallen? I know that White Wolf hasn't said anything official about Exalted being the mythic past for Old World of Darkness, but I'm noticing way too many similarities for it to be just merely coincidence. or maybe I'm just looking too deeply into it

PNG-24 format has nice clean transparencies.

Yep..two light sources. Common coloring technique of rim lighting. That's what I was going for anyways.

What is the RPG Book I saw last Friday (3/04/2009)that had this very same awesome cover at my local comic book store??? Or was it a preview I saw somewhere inside? I can check it out again if you want!
I almost bought it just by looking at the cover!! But I'm not really in to RPG books... yet.
Anyway...
This is wicked and I can tell you the final result is superb! Great work!

Thanks. That light source wasn't there originally, but the fiend's contours were almost invisible, so I put the light in.

Everything looks amazing as usual, but the pants of the guy on the far left are kind of brightly highlighted, I think. Distracting to the eye
Maybe if you blend the white into a more pale blue, that would help?

It's meant to be a secondary light source. It's just a bit too harsh on the guys pants.
