Three hundred or so years ago in young Arcadia, Alyxia Sweetwind, a young enchantress and vassal of King Penn of Rosehelm, answered the call of her lord given to all of his bannermen. The king mobilized his loyal guards to help him save his people from a notoriously clever and dangerous serpent. The sapient dragon Ignatyl's cruelty and hedonism was wracking up a death toll far beyond what any good King could abide by, and all attempts to capture or kill the giant monster were futile. In a desperate gambit, Penn was able to corner the beast and lead his bannermen into direct combat with their cataclysmic battle. Despite the high skill and magic of the King's army, the dragon's cunning, speed and firepower allowed it to fight on par with the hundred men it faced.

As the troops dwindled, young Alyxia eventually found herself an obstacle in the superior dragon's path, and quickly found her Soul magic to be completely ineffective against the dragon's invincible scales. In a desperate last stand, she evoked every last ounce of her power to defend herself, but inevitably she was brutally killed by Ignatyl's flames.

And, one instant afterwards, the dragon's lifeless body fell to the ground, and turned to ash. And the battle ended instantly.

Upon her death, Alyxia Sweetwind had unlocked the true nature of what she thought was her enchantment ability and activated her true ability: Soulbond. As her body died, her soul had taken hold of the dragon's, and completely bonded it with itself. Though both bodies were no more, the poweful magic had materialized the form of a new entity: the dragon-lady Igneayx. A perfect physical being born from the righteous and dutiful soul of the King's vassal, and the sheer dominating beast that it killed.

Three hundred years later, Igneayx still wanders Arcadia freely as its most dangerous being. Physically, she's six times the height of the average Arcadian commoner and few immortals have a full scale larger than her. Outside of the seven Gods and the Empress herself, she outclasses all other immortals in terms of sheer strength, stamina and durability. She has survived over 10,000 battles across generations, and seemingly cannot be killed. But what makes her most dangerous is the hypothetical of someone is skilled enough to actually succeed, and how powerful the new entity would become after Soulbond activates again. Of all the known beings in the universe, she's the only one that could possibly defeat the Empress herself, because win or lose, she'll always be the last one standing.

Unbound from the duty of her human half and from the primal malice of her dragon half, however, she's free to decide for herself what she wants to do. For the most part, she dedicates her time to raiding ancient tombs, collecting valuable artifacts, and buiding her own fortress from scratch. When she's not doing any of those, you're likely to find her studying at the University, singing in the local tavern or feasting in castles of lords of Arcadia, on the roasted meat of the many fools that would try to steal her vast hordes of treasures.

Right after I purchased her, I realized one thing immediately: I am not skilled enough to pull this off. So I sat on her design for a while, and tried to think up a decent backstory for her. When I started coming up with it, I was in the midddle of (and still am) a commission spree. So I had an idea; ask Acu for a commission. I love his work, and he was gone for a long while, and even though he didn't do commissions, I really wanted to see more. So I asked...

... And he said yes. And this is what he did for me. And I love it. And I'm grateful. Not many people get out of their comfort zone to do something so time-consuming for someone else.
I'm just so happy
