Description
One of many experiments with panoramic stitching... I'm not all too happy with this picture, but there are parts I like so I'll post it here. Also trying out a new selective fringe-removal technique.I was exploring a familiar field when I remembered I had made a mental note to explore a gap in the blackberry bushes at one side. After poking around for a while I found a place where I could see a bit of the sky peeking out from between the trees. Hacking and jumping over brambles, I discovered this tree in a clearing surrounded by sparse ivy. I then realized that past the ivy lay a path - the main entrance path of the park. I had explored all this way to find myself in an area that was literally within sight of the park entrance. I had just never noticed it before...
Stitched using the neato hugin panorama creator. Inspired by =niimo 's incredible panoramas

Why thank you Betelgeux! I'm glad you like it
I wish I had gotten more of the lower part of the tree in the picture... I'm probably going to go back some time and try again.
