Now, that is a ridiculous resolution.
All in all, this probably took me a good two months to complete. It is by far the most work I've put into a piece of art like this, and it was an interesting challenge. It was much larger than my monitor, so I just hope the perspective and composition looks good.

The composition on this piece was extremely challenging for me. I wanted to make all three segments work well as standalone images, but also fit together as a whole. I think it worked out well in the end here.

It was a difficult piece, but it was very satisfying.

The key to that was simply making them lighter than the sky behind them. That contrast, and a soft edged brush are the only things that it took to get that glowing effect.

An animated desktop wallpaper might be interesting.

It was quite a challenge, but stitching together the three smaller pieces was interesting. I might have to try it again, one of these days.

Well, I have played a LOT of Heroes of Might and Magic...
HoMM 3 and 5 were the best, in my opinion.

It would be fun to try and make some prints of this some time, but it would have to be done in sections...
Otherwise, the shape of the canvas doesn't work out well, at all.
