Description
Made as my part of an art trade with TwilightSaint.The texture on Idracil is supposed to have a bit smoother and more leathery feel than the rougher dragons I've made recently.
Special thanks to nerdhaven, for a helpful redline when the anatomy was giving me a bit of trouble.
I'll probably do some quick sketches coming up, to try and practice anatomy without it making things difficult in a large picture like this. Those will probably just go in scraps.

(Sorry if Critique is slippery.)
Again, this is my first time of real critique. Although I'm still far away from good artist nor critiquian what ever.
First, Art it self is well detailed bottom to the top, I can see it is drawn with great skill, Yet I know you can do better then this.
As like other, I can found storie(Vision)s quick enough, I hardly found the 'Streaming' Part, meaning alive and moving. although it was still inspirable.
About style, it was really new, it is always good to try something new, and there it is. although Dragon's modelling was quite old, yet you reincarnate it with awesome new style.
Impact of this art for me was quite dull, I was not effected by world that this art shows, it doesn't moving in my eyes, I think it is probably my problem, yet it was onlything I can say..
It is lovely, and I believe this art will be ciritiqued by much better ciritiquian who can actually do ciritique.

Hmm.. I agree with basically all of that. I'll definitely have to try and pick a specific focus on my next piece, to try to increase the intensity of the picture.
It may not be an easy process, but I will improve substantially from where my art is now.

This is cute ^^. I like the cartoon style of this. It looks simple but is nicely colored and shaded. Dragonβs wings make a good composition and the background sky is very good

Is Thomas a dragon or a human? xP

Those wings are my favorite part of the picture. I had a bit of trouble with the shading on this one, though.

Nice! Normally I'm most impressed by the texture of the dragon's hide(and I still am very impressed), but this time what I find most interesting is the texture of the wings; they look so smooth and, like you said, leathery. And I like the expression on both of their faces as well. Keep up the good work! (and sorry about all the late comments)

This picture gave me some trouble, though. Mostly with contrast, and composition.
I am rather proud of how the texture on the wings turned out, though.

I was working with a more subdued color scheme earlier, but it really didn't have and balance or emphasis in any certain area. I'm glad I changed the lighting around a bit.

Oh yes, I love that smooth texture
The highlights coming from behind the dragon is also very breath-taking! Though maybe some of the strong light might go through the dragon's wings? Probably 'cos the wings look leathery and semi-transparent
The movement of the dragon is also very dramatic, it really looks like it just swooping down on us! I also spy improvement in your anatomy! Great job!
