Description Art complete!
This piece was quite a bit simpler than my last one, but I think the perspective and composition are a bit more elegant. That sky sure was fun to draw.

I'm trying to work on my painting technique, so this one is much less reliant on lines than my last piece. Also, I got tired of using a pre-made tree brush, so I made a new brush of my own again.

I hope you all enjoy it. Comments and criticism are always welcome, and I'll do my best to reply to every one.

This piece does have a bit more of a concept behind it.

The main idea here is for the dragon to essentially be a wind spirit of sorts, clearing the sky.
That's why I titled this piece after one of the four winds.
It was a fun idea to work with.
