I really don't have a backstory for her yet. But she is related to the Queen's bloodline, due to her being the princess.

Queen Hillary
Hillary is the Queen of the U.T.I. for all of her life, even at birth she has always been inflated. Throughout her life she hated the fact that everybody else was skinny and such. Her sisters made fun of her. She was the sister that was "slower" and "got stuck in doorways". However when SHE became Queen, she decided to strike her revenge on the skinny world by inflating her subjects. Her sisters where the first to be inflated as she inflated them like balloons. The one person she hated though the most was her mother. She blamed her mother for her size. She made her mom big to the point where they made her a gigantic balloon that is attached to 4 towers at the capital as she is constantly floating over head the city and now a popular tourist spot. She then went out and inflated her citizens. Her citizens were defenseless against her wrath. The only people that evaded her wrath was her army. She wants to inflate the whole world, believing not only her revenge on skinny people would be satisfied, but the need for war will come to an end. Because if people are too big, they won't fight right? But to inflate people, you need control, and to need control you need force, which is a reason her military wasn't inflated. She needed to conquer the world to inflate it. She will go to any means necessary to do so.

Terra was an advisor for both Hillary's Mom and Hillary. She was the first to witness Hillary's wrath. Ever since, Terra has always sat in her room, crying about her new bloated size. Although she isn't used to her new size, she won't question her queen, or she'll end up like Hillary's Mom. She assist in military decisions.
