info: Sorry for the background, I know the darkening and blurring is kind of a cop out, but I struggled creating contrast between the foreground/characters and background. I need to work on backgrounds
.EDIT aug 08: Adjusted the colors on joker a lot, so he was less colorful, more dirty. Darkened and faded Harley Quinn so she wasn't competing for focus, also fixed her wandering eye. Also adjusted Joker's mask so it looked like a bigger nose was under there.
