I focused on 2 themes, simple and stripes, and so far this is what I've made for her.I'm still kinda creating more suits for Milly to find the most appealing for her.
I also added a feature to it. If Milly doesn't need her suit, it will be stored in a small elastic ornament, in this case her pendant. Once she activates it, gooey substances (with the color of choice) will seep out of her ornament and engulfs her body. Then flattens once they're in position, and Viola! She's wearing her suit, ready for action. The choice of ornament is still undecided.
Now the high candidates for Milly's suit are:
DEFAULT: Simplicity is always the best. I hate to throw it away.
#1: Default with an added design. Still simple yet appealing.
#5: Idea by . After reading his comment and think about it, It made some sense to me. Plus, It's simple with stripes making it another good contender.
#9: Stripes for her limbs and a solid color for her body, makes it a good contender.
#11: #9 Whole with an added design.
#14: #9 Whole.
#15: #9 with an added design.
Now for certain situations:
#8: Useful during nighttime.
#10: It has that military look.
#12: Stripes kinda good for certain poses. (With or w/o mask)

My personal choices from each respective row are numbers; 1,6,9,14 and a close tie between 17 and 18.
I prefer their simplicity.

Maybe you should think about using those in the new design - unless it makes it too cluttered, of course.

I like the 2nd and 17th ones best. 17th one in fact reminds me of something I'd see in Steven Universe.

Okay, so here's why I chose #2 out of our possible choices here:
1) Her torso. The added details here, as opposed to the default, are very nice, and appealing to the eye. I also think it draws the eye to her torso, her center, which I think is what you want it to do. A design like, say, 6, doesn't have that focal point, and instead calls attention more to the outside, to her arms and legs. That's what I think on that, anyway.
2) Skin. I like the outfits that have her shoulders, thighs, and feet exposed. I think they show enough skin to be cute, give Milly her unique sense of style, and complete her look. It might not look like her without these features.
3) Stripes. I think 2 does the number of stripes just right. Don't get me wrong, the stripes on her leggings in ones like 3 are really cute (in fact, I'd like to see her drawn in long socks with that pattern in her civilian clothes), but to me, they just don't read "super heroine." There's also the risk that certain ones, like 12, overdo it on the stripes and give the impression of a cartoon prison uniform. Though having the extra bits of color like in 2 add in nice highlights that add to her overall visual appeal.
That's my opinion on the matter, anyway. As far as the mask goes, I think it would be cute, and useful if she's going to be fighting crime in it (especially as, if I remember right, she's not supposed to), but I could go either way on it.

1.Nah... not really, usually solid colors are the things that make an EG stand out.
2.I am still keeping it, as it is her trademark already. (I'm not the 1st one who thought on this though...)
3.There will be civilian clothes for her that has stripes, in fact it will be her most used outgoing clothing. All of her undergarments will also be elastic. For school, she won't be allowed to wear stripes... Unless an excuse permit? (Possibility) For #12 it has still some uses, but you're right.
Mask will be optional depending on what situation she's in...

My one caveat about an outfit with a lot of horizontal stripes is keeping track of how many there are for visualization purposes, when the character is elongating herself. Do the many stripes get longer as she stretches, or do you go the route that the recent Marvel Comics Nightcrawler series by Todd Nauck did, which had a German elastic woman by the name of Gummi with a completely striped costume? Nauck basically just had the costume stripes replicate themselves at the same size ad infinitum, no matter how far she stretched her body. It worked okay with that particular design, since it was a basic black and purple repeating pattern, but when you add other design elements or colors, it can become very problematical.
That said, I would choose #5, with the gloves from #3. That way the single striped part of her leggings and gloves will tell the audience what part of her limbs they are looking at when they're essentially being a very long flexible tube. The vertical stripes to her body suit also gives the subtle impression of the direction she stretches, as well as making her look even more slender.

Yes. As she stretches her limbs, the stripes elongates as well, rather than replicating itself.
There's no gloves in #3, I think you meant an arm piece. Anyways, I can try that and see how it turns out.

Hmm.. I'd kinda like to see the torso and arms of #2 with the legs of #5. I could probably go either way on the mask, depending on if this is just her new training outfit, or one she wears for more... *ahem* "extra-curricular" activities.
Still, it's good to see more of my favorite EG, either way.
