This is Umi Ryuuzaki from Magic Knight Rayearth, a magical girl series by CLAMP from forever ago.CLAMP's art style was absolutely gorgeous , so I felt that I had to draw some fanart.
I added hearts and (failed) bubbles to add a little more color to the buckets of blue.
