MY Hunger Games inspired LipsI used red lipstick, orange and yellow pigments, gold glitter and black liquid eyeliner to make the mockingjay.

I made a stencil and then I draw it in my lips with liquid eyeliner and a nail art brush

They are pigments (orange and yellow) and you can blend them easier. I put red lipstick on the outter part of my lips and blen it very much before of applying the pigments...
