Alrighty...
After a mini-hiatus and a slight case of artist's block, I finally finished this little gift art for . She did a little request for me, so I did a little request for her...and she said she liked BB, so here he is!
I really needed more practice drawing him out, and actually started this pic in my sketchbook...but as it went on, my lack of experience drawing him became REALLY obvious. It ended with me scanning it up and using my tablet to "fix it up". Thankfully you guys won't ever see the other picture before my revisions.
Lighting is a bit funky, and his hair was a major pain in the butt to actually sketch out, but I'm pretty happy with it. I like the way his body came out and it seems that he actually found some clothes that suited him (other than those purple pants I slapped on him in the other pic...
), with some dark green pants (I actually drew decent pants! Gasp!) and...eh, a shirt that he got for Christmas. Bet you can't guess who he got it from... Oh, and that's a lollypop, not a cigarette. Just thought I'd let you know...

Okie doke...fixed BB's ear because it actually did look too small... Kudos to ~sorarocksmysocks for pointing that out.

I've been drawing BB for a few weeks now and this image makes me want to try to draw him in my own personal style.
Ironicly... BB is EATING in front of that sign. Great idea, really. It's so simple yet it tells a story.

its ironic because now that i've seen this pic every time i see beast boy he looks more like a boy not a teen, this pic i think accuratly describes bb if he was a teen

Thanks. I got one of the tests done and got an A on it, so that's one small victory I can safely put behind me. ...And writing isn't getting any easier, because my chapter is in desperate need of revisions. I need a beta! It's not a good thing when you want to change the entire direction of one chapter because of a few misplaced events...
...And it's not like Raven or Robin are helping the situation any...

Don't be surprised if I note you or something in the next few days and ask you for permission to write a one-shot or something based on your picture...

Beast Boy looks absolutely, completely, 100% ADORABLE in this picture. I love his little slouch, his fluffy hair, his detailed clothes, his eyes...d'aw, he's just so cute. The lollipop is hot, too. And his 'Are you lookin' at me?' expression is a great touch. Only thing- his pointed ear looks a little small, compared to the rest of it body. That's about it, though.
Have I mentioned I love the sketchiness? Because I do. A lot.

I really liked his expression and his posture in this pic though. I didn't know if he was going to be balanced properly or not, because I don't really use reference pics (even though I really should) so everything is essentially trial by error. I actually went and fixed his ear up a bit, since it actually was a bit too small...so hopefully it's better than before.
