"It is determined," Chiron announced. All around me, campers started kneeling, even the Ares cabin, though they didn't look happy about it.

"My father?" I asked, completely bewildered.

"Poseidon," said Chiron. "Earthshaker, Stormbringer, Father of Horses. Hail, Perseus Jackson, Son of the Sea God."

Alright alright alright!!

I said I was gonna do this and I'm an artist of my word. I will be drawing my favorites scenes from each of the Percy Jackson books. With the exception of Heroes of Olympus because I'm still reading those right now and they are putting me through an emotional hurricane! D: I had to put down Son of Neptune to give myself some healing time and finish this. BTW NO SPOILERS PLZ!

But anyway here's my favorite scene from the first PJO book, in which Percy is claimed by Poseidon. I remember reading this for the first time and I thought the whole scene was totally cool. This is basically the moment where the entire craziness starts for Percy and basically everyone.

Things you might notice: Luke looking all nefarious and what not with the Ares flag and Clarisse looking not at all impressed...

I don't know what I'll draw for sea of monsters...that's gonna be a tough one...hmm...wait and SEA ...i regret nothing.
