"You... want to find a star." Crow repeated, a statement more than a question.
The little turtle nodded vigorously, eyes still sparkling with joy. Crow snorted and laid down flat, head now the level of the small reptile: "And why is that?" what he really wanted to say was 'how?', but didn't have the heart to.

"Life in the sea looks really dangerous! There's evil creatures everywhere, and I don't want to get eaten!" the turtle started, "Shooting stars are soooo fast! If I hopped on one of them I could travel miles and miles in the blink of an eye! No predator could get me!", he was visibly daydreaming now.

Crow had to admit it: his excitement was contagious and the wolf found himself smiling while listening to the turtle fantasies.
"I see stars falling on the beach all the time. But, mister wolf, I don't think I will be able to find one alone...could you help me? Pretty please!"

Maybe it was because the little one reminded of his now lost crow friend, but, without realizing what he was getting himself into, he instinctively replied: "Yes, I can try to".

The reptile cried out "REALLY?!", overjoyed by the news.

And while the turtle was babbling about how he was his saviour, Crow realized what he had just signed for.

'Why the hell did I say yes??', he thought.
