Why the hell did he say yes?!
It was the day after, the little turtle was hiding under some rocks and Crow was staggering under the sun, the longest tongue ever dangling from his open mouth.
Better get it over with soon or he would probably pass out from the heat. He looked around and decided that the reef was his best bet.
He searched a little, ignoring a lot of angry crabs, when he finally found a cranny in the rocks where there were some accumulated stones. Inspecting the pile more carefully he spotted a small rock covered in little holes and spots. There it was: a meteorite!
Crow carefully stretched his front paw and, with a little difficulty, he was able to bring the stone up and up until it was at snout reach.
He secured the meteorite in his mouth and, after being splashed by a sudden wave, jumped down on the shore. Well, at least now that he was drenched the heat was somehow more bearable.
He scrolled the excess of water off and headed to the turtle hideout.
