Technically Windows 8.1, but I couldn't add the .1.
My last version had been made on Windows XP, and since people were STILL favoriting it (seriously, I got favorites, like, today), and it is THE most favorited deviation I have, I decided it needed an update.

NATHAN'S BANGS ARE BLUE IN THE LAST PICTURE BECAUSE IF I WASN'T AGAINST USING BANGS ON MY CHARACTERS BECAUSE MOST LINE ARTS DON'T HAVE THEM AND THEY WEREN'T A PAIN IN THE ASS TO DRAW, I'D GIVE HIM BLUE BANGS.

*I just realized I changed it to 24-bit Bitmap on the old one and PNG on this one. You can do either one, I don't know if it matters.*
