Description
So this one has no single chapter tied to it, nor any major worldbuilding going on. It's something of a much more general occurrence, that being Kome's three retainers (and their plus one) in talks with their one friendly head of state outside of Kaesu's valley. Could be early on in their interregional relationship, could be later on. Although given that Yuwa is there this is without question not their first meeting.As for why Kome herself isn't there, she has her own city to run. When heads of state can't meet their representatives are there for a reason.
