Sort of inspired by Mirror's Edge, I got the idea after seeing some speedrun videos of that game. Here we have a Sonic character running from a Half Life helicopter and Counter Strike Seal Team Six soldiers... What a crossover.EDIT: Screwed around with the colour balance. Also, lens flare!

It's a software known as Source Filmmaker. It's free, but you need Steam... which is also free!
You're gonna need to close all other applications to use it, though, otherwise it will lag... a lot.
