Actually it's Japanese, although I can't blame you, I used to mistake Japanese characters for Chinese characters. I have to look at the Sonic Wiki to get the Japanese names.

I felt the same before joining Deviant ART. I SUCKED with drawing. Writing was my only talent. But I gave drawing a shot again, so now I can do two things for DA.

So yeah, if you like drawing, then keep going! And you'll keep getting better as you keep practicing!
