I normally picture Shadow on drums and Knuckles (not seen here) on bass with the line-up I have in mind. But this works just as well.

I'm no expert on instruments because I thought the guitar Silver is holding is a bass guitar... Dang it.

Nope. Its a regular guitar. With basses, a major difference is that they have usually 4 strings (some models have 5), and that the strings are much thicker. Bass guitars are much bigger in size than a regular guitar too. Also, the machine heads on a bass are also quite big in size, which can also hint the difference between the guitar and a bass. Hope this helps
