Reminds me of when i tried to win in Sonic heroes, only i played solo, didn't drink any beer (I'm sixteen), or had the lights off. Still, had my focus on the game only (and forgot to blink for who knows how long... )

Just for the achievement? I spent an hour and a half trying to kill Time Eater on the attempt where i finally killed it for the first time! Β (On my second try, it took me three minutes until i killed Time Eater... Β )

I have never played SSBB, but I at least know what it is. It's a 2D fighting game, right? From what I saw on youtube I think it's also like a giant crossover game.

Could be. Depends on how you look at it. To me, Tails looks like he's saying "Really? This game again?"
However, your interpretation of it is also correct. Notice the bottles of beer on the floor? Yeah, you can't really play very well when you're drunk, so I say yeah, your interpretation is kind of spot on.
