More Sonic-Destiny crossover art!This time with Blaze as a Sunsinger, and Shadow as a Voidwalker, activating their supers. Radiance for Blaze and Nova Bomb for Shadow. Which one will you pick? A temporary state of nigh-invincibility that allows you to scorch the battlefield with the strongest fire and flames capable of burning and melting anything in its fiery embrace, or the power and fury of a single bomb with the power of a collapsing sun, capable of shattering the enemy lines and buildings with pure explosive power?

"Praise the Sun" or "Embrace the Void." I'll take Voidwalker, especially if I get Obsidian Mind and Bad Juju. Radiance, if I get Praxic Fire, max Discipline, and my Timur's Lash with Grenadier. Otherwise, Hunter all the way.
I feel like Silver would be a better Voidwalker, though. Shadow is 100% Hunter. Golden Gun=Chaos Spear. Blink=Chaos Control. Showstopper is a fair substitute for Chaos Blast (which is more Fist of Havoc, but Shadow doesn't seem like a Titan). 'Lone wolf who lives for the perfect shot.' And he'd look much better in a cloak than bathrobes. (I've had this argument before).
Glad to see someone else who crosses over Sonic and Destiny. Very niche audience, but still awesome.

I just feel Shadow would be a good Voidwalker. Yeah, sure, it's all subjective, so I wouldn't get all angry and argue with you with that.

Yeah. I got the idea for my story while watching a livestream of the Vault of Glass the first day it was open. It started out as a nonsensical one-shot of Team Rose and Team Dark taking on the Vault of Glass (it would've been a 15,000+ word one-shot). Admittedly, Shadow was a Warlock in the first draft, but I only had a level 16 Hunter at the time, so I didn't really understand all the classes. Also, Cream was a Gunslinger and Big was a Defender. I rewrote the synopsis a few (dozen) times, and ended up with... that. And still change it up regularly (I've put Chapter 4 on hold to write a few other things and finalize where I'm going with it).
Generally, I pair Sonic characters with Guardian classes based on their type: Speed=Hunter, Power=Titan, Flight=Warlock. With a few exceptions. Amy is a Titan (but she's more of a power character in the comics), Cream is a Hunter, and Blaze is a Warlock (I'd put her as a Titan, if there was a Solar Titan class, and Silver as an Arc Warlock). I put Tails as a Warlock, but I can also see him being a Hunter. Warlocks are highly intelligent (and can fly), but Hunter's are very tech-savvy.
