Description
I made two more Diamond OCs, but I don't plan on drawing their courts any time soon. Similarly to Purple Topaz, Snow Diamond is a gem version of one of my characters. He's very similar to his original version, but vastly different as well.

Anyway, here's his description.

Snow Diamond (Leader of his Court)
Gem Location: Forehead
Weapon: Cold manipulation, Rapier
Abilities:
- Freezing Aura (SD can chill things to ice an in instant, especially if he's feeling provoked or panicked. It's difficult to freeze another Diamond with this aura)
- Minor elemental powers (SD has some access to other elemental powers, but to a lesser extent than his power over ice and snow)
- Cold Manipulation (Snow can bend all aspects of cold to his will)

Snow Diamond is known for his nearly impenetrable cool-headedness, but also for his reclusive nature and literally chilling temper that can turn everything to ice around him. As result, his Court his terrified of him and only deal with him when absolutely necessary (being when he summons them). His Pearl is the only one who can't stay separated from him for long periods, and she fears him the most as she tends to get directly caught whenever he loses control of his emotions.

Snow Diamond tends to be distant, dismissive and unintentionally cold towards other Gems, painting him as apathetic and uncaring when that actually isn't the case. Snow is naturally adjusted to cold temperatures and prefers colder climates, which is why his domain is covered in snow. He's usually shut into his chambers, which is absurdly cold in temperature. It's hard for the members of his court to be in the same room as him for long periods of time (even if they were made to be adjusted to the cold). Snow is terrible at communicating and gets easily overwhelmed by conversations, which tend to cause him to freak out and his aura to activate.

Notable Relationships:

The Great Diamond Authority: Snow Diamond is mostly cut off from them unless he's summoned. His difficulties with communication and his occasional loss of control over his emotions that lead to everything turning to ice is primarily why he isn't a part of it. He tends to disagree with how they handle things, however, especially noting Blue and Yellow Diamond's emotional instabilities in relation to Earth and the shattering of Pink Diamond. In his opinion, the best way to respect Pink Diamond and her legacy would be to not destroy Earth, as that was originally her colony in the first place, and using the Cluster fusing to destroy the planet would ultimately be useless.

Green Diamond: Snow Diamond likes Green Diamond for her nature and kindness, but she inadvertently gets caught in his conflict with Coffee Diamond. She's weak to the cold, and nearly poofed when Snow froze the room. He was particularly difficult to paint, but she figured out how to do it.

Coffee Diamond: Snow Diamond really dislikes Coffee Diamond. She tends to annoy him, and she also talks far more than Snow can handle. Expecting a room to be quiet to give someone time to think is impossible with Coffee around.

Snow Diamond's Court: Snow's Court is afraid of him for being able to turn things to ice. He has two Pearls (Snow Pearl and Pale Purple Pearl), a Bismuth, a White Sapphire, a Lapis, a White Zircon, a Blue Lace Agate and one other Quartz.

Other:
- Coffee Diamond refers to their pairing name as "Iced Latte" (by instarsa ). Snow Diamond hates the name. He froze Coffee Diamond's lips for calling them that one time.
- Snow spends most of his time reading and thinking. He's a smart diamond, and he's good at communicating information if he's asked a question about a topic. He's terrible with conversations and small talk.
- Snow Diamond can't turn things to ice if he's asleep. He's usually resting in his chamber if he isn't doing anything or if there is nothing of interest going on.
- Snow is a type of White Diamond.
