Description
This is yet another irken hacker OC of mine. His alias is Czar as his real name is forgotten to him. I pictured him as one of the true masters of NET hacking - someone who has pioneered the practice. When he was young he tampered with own PAK, seriously damaging it and as a result, his body has been falling apart - hence the tubes and pipes.Eh. May or may not elaborate or draw him again. Just an idea.
