This is Runa. She's a highly skilled hacker who has learned to break into IAI-NET (the Irken Aggregate Information NETwork). Although she's incredibly skilled, she does it more or less aganist her will.

Runa was a natural-born smeet, an illegal child on planet Irk. When she and her father were discovered, both were arrested. Runa was given a PAK and a chance to fit in. But the PAK installation is less than perfect and she is a defective. Before being put to a trial on Judgementia however, she was 'rescued' by a greedy irken officer, who has used her and her hacking skills to his own whims.

Don't let that smile fool you. She's anything but sweet with that PAK on.
