elaboration on the touching - i always had trouble with painting hair and was freaking sick of it to the point of sobs n desperation. i guess some part of my self-defense-brain-mechanic-thing clicked and while i was painting the hair of a chibi that night, it suddenly became apparent that i had to do it like i was literally touching paint on canvas. with my real fingers, feeling the SLOSH n flow n stickiness. i duno why but life suddenly became a whole lot easier..? i kinda understand how traditional painters have such a natural transition to the digital..they already got THE FEELING ya know. its a WONDER what it feels like when you're tricking your mind to do such things n if any of u are in a rut, or in a state of limbo with your art just like me, i recommend the TOUCH

anyway i do hope some of you will find this helpful somewhat!! there are already tons of painting tutorials out there ahahaa pls tell me what u thought of this simple n humble one (: thanks for looking! <3
