Oh totally same here (about agreeing with iron man I mean) . You know what's the funny thing? DC was doing the EXACT same thing when civil war 2 was made (only BETTER). Basically Lex was being sentenced to death for a crime he didn't commit "yet" simply on the word of some alien future teller lady. Supes saved him because like you said "Innocent until proven guilty".
