nice lines and texture, but a little constructive crit-- he has no braincase LOL
looking at his hair, on our left, his skull is unusually flat. a 3-dimensional skull extends back quite a bit. it helps if you think of a 3-dimensional box while drawing the entire head, you could even draw the box in your sketch to help you plan
