The Angry Dwarf.A long time in the making for this one here. My mascot, reminiscent of me, or at least how everyone else may - short and always bitching.
Hey... you'd have an attitude too if you couldn't reach the freaking cheesy swirls in the grocery isle.
Anyhow, I finally colored up and did some neat fun stuff with this guy here. For now, he protects my art work and serves as mascot for Angry Dwarf Productions, a freelance endeavor.
In the future, The Angry Dwarf - nerd/geek store. We got what you want.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I also have a freelance endeavor named Angry Dwarf Productions. I've been using it since August 27, 2009 which is at least 2 years older than your usage of the term. My content can be found on YouTube under the name vh602. Under YouTube's Terms of Service, I own all rights to the name "Angry Dwarf Productions" and have granted YouTube permission to license and publish my material under said name. Therefore you are in violation of copyright infringement of my intellectual property rights and are hereby requested to remove/rename your endeavor.

I feel that it really is a shame that you would come to heckle me over my piece of original art work. Sorry for the trouble you've taken to try and bully me out of my image, that I created unbeknownst to your own eneavors. I am especially apologetic that you feel that am using this image in ANY freelance endeavors of my own - as I am not, save for the Gmail account I currently hold. Do you want me to surrender that as well?
The art work is mine, and the "company name" is little more than a flight of fancy that I may some day open an honest to goodness store. In the future event that this may occur, I'll see what I can do about purchasing any legal rights to such a lable outright.

I hereby deny your request for me to remove my ORIGINAL art work, considering that I am NOT operating under the title of "Angry Dwarf Productions" and that this is an image and not a company operation.
You keep the name, I'll keep the image. If you have anything futher to add, please note that I'm uninterested.

I wasn't trying to heckle you in any way. My complaint was about your usage of the name, not your image, as was stated in my original post. As my endeavor hasn't any image at all, I believe we have an agreement. I'll keep the name "Angry Dwarf Productions" and you can keep your image. I'll also keep a copy of this page as your approval to relinquishment all rights to the name "Angry Dwarf Productions".
The link "Angry Dwarf Productions" next to your avatar at the top of the page should be renamed, as it again, takes you to the top of this page. Any future referrals to your endeavor, as stated here .....

Well, you can proceed however you wish, just know that as of a month ago, plans have been set in motion to purhcase the right of Trademark for the name "Angry Dwarf Productions" as well as the image I'll be using. It will be a limited trademark, only used within the state of Texas - and as I understand it, will allow someone from another state or country to utilize it, provided they will be operating across certain borders.
Its confusing, and I'm not as up to par on legal jargon as I should be, but I've procured the services of a friend of mine who completed their BAR exam within the previous year for such reasons. She was quite excited to begin work on it, as it will help her career while helping me as well.
We'll see what comes of it all, anyway, Trademarks are expensive, and while the drive, desire and cash are all relatively simple to come by, I do have MANY other priorities as well so, I'm not sure how long this whole process will take.
So you keep whatever wording you think will help you in your endeavors, and I'll keep my receipt of purchase when that time comes. I'll keep you posted. I've got your website on hand, So I'll be contacting you with any relevant information involving this whole... ridiculous mess as it progresses.

Well, most would consider him angry at first glance, but upon further inspection of the Angry Dwarf, he's really very... Surly. And still kind of angry, yes.
