You might know by reading my profile, one of my favorite games is Clock Tower. I created Jennifer, Anne, Laura and Lotte in Gacha Club with minor edits in Ibis X Paint.
Clock Tower The First Fear like most of my other favorites is a horror game where Jennifer the protagonist has to escape the scissorman.
