Alright let’s explain first of all:
This is purely my opinion if you don’t agree that’s okay with me.
Also Spoilers lmao.
Now onto the characters, in Opening order:
Ally - She’s alright, not the best but pretty entertaining and I can relate to her, especially in Video Games and our names lol. The love triangle wasn’t as forced as the World Tour one and I can thank them for that. All Stars kinda made her a jerk but hey, I don't mind.
Lake - Another character who is good, her plot was well written and her development wasn’t too rushed either. Though I wonder how it would be like once she gets home. All Stars is fine, though she doesn't really have a plot this time so I feel like she might be a Pre Merge boot.
Hunter - Other than gaining two love interests and winning immunity 4 consecutive times, Hunter has no personality whatsoever. What saves him from being in the bottom is his last couple of episodes. Also he was actually tolerable unlike the other three in the finale. He's fine now but that beef with Fiore is kinda ooc.
Kai - How the heck did this man grow a beard living in the wood for like two days? Well his cussing scene was funny, Lindsay approves! Also I kinda like Dawn so yeah.
Connor - Not gonna lie, his first couple of moments gave me second hand embarrassment but he grew on me later but why would you instantly forgive Riya for attempting First Degree Murder? And why is he in All Stars?
Maggy - She’s fine, her plot is fine, her design? Fine. I just found her to be boring overall. That sucker punch was wicked though. She just lacked a moment to shine.
Rosa Maria - Despite being a secondary characters in the first couple of episodes, she was one of my favorites and one of the reasons I actually started watching the show! Still can’t get over her elimination though. At least she got her revenge! Karma’s a bitch.
Karol - What a bitch. With a nicer personality of course! Her connections with animals was cute but her Karen self, yeah nah. Her coming back and immediately being eliminated again was too Eva like.
Yul - My Number One favorite guy and character on the show overall. He was so entertaining and so funny! Was I the only person to remember his North Korea thing? Anyway he was my other reason why I watched the show and I thought I was gonna hate him, but yeah best boi! And then came Grett, what in the actual fuck?
Tess - So relatable, and so sad. Tess became my most favorite girl after Episode 4, she’s just so cool in both personality and design! Overall best girl!
Riya - Piece of shit went from forgettable to downright forced jerkass. Listen, she has a good strategy, but her villain buildup was very out of nowhere. At least she redeemed herself at the end, man I love karma. And it got thrown all away as now she's a renowned actress, fuck Riya!
James - At first, he was annoying, his personality was annoying, and his attraction to Aiden was annoying. Now? Slightly less in my opinion. I was rooting for him in the finale though. When he won, I was actually really happy for him! Then he was First Boot thanks to Jake.
Aiden - Speaking of annoying characters, Aiden sucks, I know he’s popular in the fandom but I don’t like him. He throws tantrums when he is used and besides that has no personality! Just because he’s trans and pansexual doesn’t mean he’s interesting okay?! No hate to trans or pan people, Aiden is just boring, his personality revolves around James. I just wanted him to have a personality and not just be a character that is just used to be a love interest!
Oliver - What a cute little man. At first I couldn’t have cared less about him but he’s actually not that boring! Especially when he stood up to Kristal when she was acting like her father.
Kristal - Her subplot about not wanting to be like her dad was nice, until she became like her dad.
I mean a challenge where she tells the campers what to do? Chris wasn’t that egotistical! At least she sorta redeemed herself in Episode 6. Sort Of.
Marcus and Nina - Marcus is chill, I like him. Nina is… actually now that I think about it she’s alright! In episode 8 when she forced the alliance to vote for each other I was like Finally! Because I’m sorry the trio vs everyone else is just super annoying.

I’m so sorry Yul Haters, Riya Fans and Aiden Fans, it’s just my opinion. I’ve had enough of pretending to like others just because they are popular.
