Here we have the JAP version of Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik(who I think looks way better), and his US design. The two are the exact same fat guy we love, both are smart, evil, and silly. While they are basically the same scientist, I prefer the JAP design because the US design looks dull and bland, just an opinion though.Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik belongs to SEGA/Sonic Team

Japanese: Very original in terms of villains standards, because how often did you see see cartoony villains in the 90s.
