Food: Small invertebrates which filter from small hot-water puddles.
 Rackagiri

These brightly coloured Igiri's might look like Hanteaters but they aren't in any way related to each other. They are unbelievebly heat resistant and are solitary animals. Many of them live near the Iwaronogur, it is a group of volcanoes (one of 7 groups of volcanoes on Rackagiri which spews out neon-green lava). A small jawless mouth is situated on the end of their long snout. They filter single celled organisms from the hot puddles by sticking their long gasmask like nose into the water. The Eared-one uses its gigantic head-flaps to shoo away flying parasites. The males use their flaming tail to burn the black-greenish sand of Bangaluporo. If the sand has melted, they will role it in to a ball and give it to a female as a present if it is mating season. Both males and females use their tail to scare of predators. They make sloshing sounds when they feel threatened.

Hanteaters

Some Igiri's:
Petrol lizards     Scorch Vipers     Tone-antelopes

I love their vaguely mechanical heads! They're just a little cute, just a little menacing, and very, very weird, and are just fantastic creatures all around.
