I was a bit sad the photos of this one didn't turn out so well. But since it's already in the mail, not much I can do about it now. At least the figure looks nice in person where it's not blurry!Commission for . She stands 5" tall and made of abs, painted with acrylic, and sealed with a matte finish. Base price for ponies this size is $60 + shipping, with additional charges for custom figures, depending on complexity of modeling.

What kind of paint did you use? I just printed my first 3D model and I'm unsure of how to color it.

I mostly just use Liquitex acrylic paint, but thinning it down a lot with rubbing alcohol helps it apply smoother!

You may be upset about the photos ....But...This print and paint look just fine! Measured against most sculpts and their respective photo works, this would rate in the "Very Good" side of the house! Don't get down on yourselves .....We are our own worst critics!

Thanks. ^^ I was just really glad that the Molly and Luna photos finally looked sharp compared to the fuzzy, blurry photos that I used to get. I think I just need a tripod--standing perfectly still while taking these is a nightmare!

Good luck finding a good one! Tripods seem to be a thing of the past....I have a very old one that I have not used in forever. Sounds like a good idea now!
