Finally, after forever of hashing my poor dragon to pieces, cutting down her legs and putting them together, ripping off wings and glueing them back together, plucking tails from her butt and fixing others on, it's finally complete.

My dear friends, I give you... KAZZY'S FINAL REF SHEET!

Minor tweaks may be made to her, but the color scheme and overall design are here to stay!

Alright where to start.. Oy vey, Kazumi... You drove me insane. For as long as I can remember, I've been constantly redoing her design, anatomy, and color scheme. Don't even get me started on markings! Haha!

That face... I based her face off of a canines, although it resembles a sort of fox now with the muzzle outlining and the black jowels. As well as those white whiskers.

Her ears were a hassle too! I designed them myself, since I crossed earfins and long, elfish ears together to form the crazy things sticking out of her noggin. I love her ears though, even if the size of the fins keeps changing!

Her head feathers were based off of those found on some depictions of raptors. I love how the feathers look with the design, although just between you and me, I was never really sure if the feathers on her head would stay or not. But now i'm sure they will!

On many of her earlier designs, Kazzy had a full head of hair, or those long, whispy bangs. I felt like maybe the hair was a bit too 'much' because of the feathers on her head, and her egyptian-esque eyes. So I thought to myself, "Self. I'm gonna see how she looks bald." And personally, I don't think she looks half bad! Although, If I find a sort of hairstyle that might work for her, It might appear in one of those tweaks I talked about earlier, but we'll just have to see.

Mmmh... covered the head parts... aah, yes, her forelegs. Her forelegs resemble those of an Allosaurus. (Spelling? I'm too lazy to check.) Think of Aladar from the movie "Dinosaur". When her forepaws are bearing her weight, the fingers fatten out in order to support her. But when they are in midair, or when she stands on two legs, or when handling something like a ball or whatever, they thin out to look like fingers. And yes, she has opposible thumbs.

Her wings are very, very long and they are used for high speed flying. They can be used for distance flying as well, but her specialty is speed. Her wings are powerful, and this gives her the ability to carry heavy loads while she flies, such as supplies and things of the like. She is also strong enough to be ridden, although she has no rider. (She's willing to give rides to her friends though)

Her back legs are a mix between a kangaroo's, and a hawk's. Her legs are long, and very strong. When she runs, she shoves off, accelerates, and reaches her top speed using her back legs mostly. Her front paws are used for balance. Her feet are talons that are shaped like claws, although they are not very sharp. They are used mostly for maximum jumping, running, and pouncing power.

Her tail is that of a peacock's. It is one of the most important parts of this creature. It's used for display, emotion, steering while in flight and while running, slowing down while flying, and for just being pretty and junk. It flows behind her when it's folded in, but can fan out far beyond the width of her body when she feels threatened, or just wants to shake her tail feathers.

General information about Kazumi as a whole:

She is able to hunt during the night or day, and during almost any weather. Her coloration offers no camoflauge, which is one of her weaknesses. Instead of being stealthy, she is powerful and fast. She hunts like a bird while she's flying - extending her back feet in front of her and landing on her prey hard in order to break bones or snap it's neck. That being said, Kazzy is an omnivore. She loves berries as much as flesh.

She is not graceful, but she makes up for it by being funny and witty. She will always protect her friends, and is always ready to make new ones. But be careful, because Kaz is not one you want to make an enemy out of.

Kazumi can swim very well, and her style of swimming resembles a dolphin's. She can alternate her thin fin-like wings along with her tail for maximum speed. Though she cannot breathe underwater, her deep chest and large lungs allow her to stay under water for about half an hour.

And lastly, her weaknesses. Kazzy is easily damaged by fire, because of her fur, as well as any other elemental attack that would make her fur a disadvantage. Her body is light, making her easy to toss around as well. Though she can hold her own in a fight, she has no weapons other than tooth and claw to defend herself with. She has no powers such as fire breath, or anything of the like. (At least, not that she knows of )
