After a very long pause I am proud to present you the third episode of Legendary Issues. The first two parts got pretty positive feedback, so I hope this one will, too.Anyway, I was thinking about artificial PokΓ©mon the other day and I figured that Arceus, being God and all, would be pretty pissed at mankind for making their own PokΓ©mon. Especially when they look like rubber ducks on crack... but I am glad they made Mewtwo.
That aside, this picture was drawn TERRIBLY. I don't know what ideot would dare to upload something that looks as bad as THIS....yeah.
I think I should apologize for uploading such low quality drawings, but I just couldn't make it look better...and I tried a lot. I watched some tutorials for digital drawing, but it still took me so friggin' long and the result is.... I spent four hours with just the outlines! THE OUTLINES!!!
Then again, the joke of this picture is what matters, so what the hell! Hope you like it anyway.
I do not own God Deer Arceus or drugged poligon rubber duck Porygon.

I've never fought Porygon in my childhood, but there were no trainers who had them in Red or Gold anyway. But when I was little (very little) I thought that Water was effective against Posion, because water washes the poison away...yeah, didn't work too well.

Yeah. In the original games, Poison was super effective against bugs, and vice versa. How are bugs good against poison?

I can kind of get Psychic (People are afraid of bugs, afraid of ghosts, and afraid of the dark), but wouldn't ice be effective against water? It's freezing it, I mean come on!

Then again, when ice is swimming in water the ice melts. What I don't understand is why ice is not effective on water while water has normal effect on ice.

And it gets me thinking, what does Mr. Deer-With-a-Wheel-Thing think about man-made Mewtwo being a Legendary and all?
BTW, I just came across your dA when I randomly found Legendary Issues 2 on Google (and loled so much at that). I LOVE how you portray the Pokemon and definitely keep the great job up!

I've been thinking about Mewtwo and Arceus as well. Mewtwo is cool, but Arceus would still be pissed. I can imagine him dissing Mewtwo for being artificial and Mewtwo claiming to be the most pwerful PokΓ©mon and Arceus boasting about being god and all that....I think I'm getting ideas for Legendary Issues 4 here.

English isn't my first language so I don't know how to use that "holy dialect" of Arceus', but it would really come in handy when making comics with him. I'd love to make him talk like he's reading the bible like you did....

Once you get into the right mood it becomes easy to produce dialog that would would seem appropriate and "in character" especially with Arceus's "holy dialect" as you put it. 
As for my writing or language skills, I wouldn't mind writing character dialog when ever you need it.

Arceus speaking in plural tone . . . never thought of that! I gives of a sense of omnipotence. On a related note, I though it was interesting the way you made Deoxys speak (hyroglifics was something I hadn't even considered).
Its fun figuring out how certain pokemon would talk. Speaking of which

Yes, I wanted Deoxys to speak but in a way that was not understandable and seemed alienish, so I chose....WINGDINGS!
And it's deffinitely very interesting to analyse or make up different speech patterns for different characters!
