I love how the dog's the focal point of the picture, and I adore how you take black and whites x3 They all turn out magnificant. (sorry if I spell that wrong)

I was probably distracted by the thickness of the frame. I've seen you making thinner frames.
I like this photo because it works and I don't know why. The composition is so... centered? But it works.

f/1.4 I saw that, but still.. It must be the low dynamic range of the wall. No bokehed out highlights.
