Description
a new framing and take on my first deviation to this gallery. i think i prefer the b&w/vertical framing here, as opposed to the color/square frame. this man's eyes are just so wonderful and full of emotions.Related content

Why does this picture looks entirely familiar? Perhaps I've seen him around the area. Wonderful photograph. I applaud you. :]

That's funny I thought that he was expressing nothing , not thinking at all
!
But anyway, I don't know why but the result is great, full of details, great contrasts, light well managed.
That rocks !

Lovely photograph. I love his expression, the wrinkles, the use of BW, and the close-up fits very well.

really amazing me , you made great portrait
and the emotion on the face , the expression: something particular appears, you took exactly what I sought to see on a portrait. there's something easy, sensitive and sharp, so much in the expression of the face

this looks much better...the fact that the picture is not a perfect square gives more lightning to his face and b&w it's perfect

oh wow man! the story of this man's life is in his face indeed. i think this one works perfectly in black and white dude! i love the details on his face, very crisp and sharp! i really should save up for that 50mm. im glad i was able to help you find your way to the contest.
i wish more people joined, it's so fun and interesting to see different interpretations of the emotions. you learn a lot from all the entries.

I think this man's face lends itself very well to black and white. It's so expressive and defined that it carries a special stark, honest attitude without the need of colour to liven it up. I like this version better.
